Two Easy Ways to Import Members in Points Pulse

You can add members to Points Pulse using either of two methods: including member details with points or importing new members without associated points.

1) Uploading Members and Points

To upload members along with their points, please structure each line in the CSV file as follows:

Note: Both email and points are mandatory fields.

If the member already exists, the system will add the specified points to their existing balance. If the member doesn't exist, points will be added, and an invitation link will be sent for them to access the Loyalty program.
In both cases, a notification email will be sent to inform the member about the earned points.

2) Uploading New Members

To upload only new members, structure each line in the CSV file as follows:

Email is a mandatory field.

If the member already exists in the database, they won't be created again.

If the member doesn't exist, an invitation link will be sent for them to access the Loyalty program.

For both methods, it's important to note that including specific titles in the CSV file is not required. Simply structure the data in each line as specified for the chosen method, and Points Pulse will efficiently process the information during the upload.

3) Uploading and Processing in Points Pulse

Once the CSV file is uploaded, it will undergo necessary security steps before processing. Please be patient, as this may take a few minutes. Rest assured that these measures are in place to ensure the integrity and security of your member data within Points Pulse.


You can follow the processing status in the "All Uploads" section, allowing you to stay informed about the progress of your member integrations
