Welcome to appyReward Points Pulse, your tool for efficiently managing reward point distribution. This guide will help you navigate through the key steps to ensure a smooth experience for both you and your members.

1. Setting Up Your Loyalty Program

  • Start by creating your program
  • Specify the program's name, language, design, logo, and URL

Access the program settings here: Program Settings.

2. Configuring Your Points Pulse Campaign

To offer reward points to your members, set up a campaign.

  • Choose the type of gifts you want to offer in your program, which members will be able to exchange points for. (Tango Reward Link...)
  • Define the value of the reward points you want to allocate during the campaign setup.
  • Associate this campaign with your program to ensure a seamless link between your program and the points you offer.

3. Manage Members

  • First, add teams or groups, and then add members
  • Provide easy access to your members for viewing their points and rewards. Send access links to each member individually by clicking "Send Access."


Note: You can also manage members in bulk by adding a CSV file and offering points in bulk, which is available in the members section.

Automation with Survey Platforms

If your reward campaign is linked with SurveyMonkey or another survey platform, respondents will be registered as members automatically on survey completion. They will receive access automatically and points will be delivered based on the quantity you've set during the campaign creation.

4. Distributing Points

You can distribute reward points from your dedicated management space. Within this space, you have the ability to add more members and select specific members to whom you wish to assign reward points.
