Welcome to Part 1 of "Automate Reward Delivery with Alchemer." In this section, we'll guide you through the process of creating a reward campaign and explore how to set up and manage survey incentives and digital gift cards, including Tango Reward Link.

By the end of this part, you'll have a comprehensive understanding of creating a successful reward campaign to motivate and engage your Alchemer participants.

1) Create a reward campaign

- Go to the appyReward dashboard then click on “New Campaign”

- Select "WEBHOOKS" as integrated platform

- Select the type of reward campaign you want to create.

- Fill-out the form with the name of your campaign, which type of gift you want to use (Tango Reward Link, Digital Gift Cards or Prepaid Cards...) and the country where the gift will be used.

- Then fill-out the form with the “start date” of your campaign and its “end date” and select the right time zone for your campaign

- Click next to set-up the rules

2) Plan your budget

- Set the quantity of contacts to reward, choose a gift and fix its value. Then click next to validate and save the rules

- Click next to check the details and activate your campaign

3) Activate your Campaign

- Check the details of your campaign and click on the “Launch” button

4) Activate Webhooks (Automated workflows)

- Turn on the switch button "Activate Webhooks"

- Customize the content of the email that will be sent to the respondents

- Copy the dedicated campaign link and then paste it on the Alchemer side of your survey within the 'Action' section, starting from the “Thank You” message. This will automate the process of sending gifts to each participant.

As we conclude Part 1, you've gained the knowledge and skills needed to create effective survey incentives campaigns for Alchemer respondents. Now, it's time to put this knowledge into action and explore the next step.

Join us in Part II as we dive deeper into the process of adding the reward link to your Alchemer survey using webhooks.
