Sending Incentives and Rewards to Formstack Respondents with appyReward

appyReward for Formstack allows you to automatically send rewards for
survey completions. Follow these steps to set up and launch your reward campaign:

1. Log in to Formstack and navigate to the form builder.
   
   
2. Create or select a form.
   For this guide, we'll use a form named "Giveaway."
   
   
3. Ensure your form collects email addresses so that appyReward can send rewards to participants.

1. Click on the "Settings" tab at the top right of the form builder.
   
   
2. Navigate to "Integrations" on the left-hand side.
   
   
3. Search for "appyReward" and click on it.
   
   
4. Create an appyReward account if prompted, and log in.

1. Click on "New campaign."
   
   
2. Select "Formstack"
   
   

3. Choose the reward type:

   • Reward Everyone: Rewards every survey completion.
     
   • Sweepstakes: Rewards winners randomly
   • Instant Win Game: Rewards winners instantly.
   • Points Pulse: Send points (require creating a loyalty program first)
     
     
   
   

4. Name your campaign. For example, "Giveaway Demo."
   
   

5. Select the gift type.
   
   Options include:

   • Tango Card: Allows recipients to select their preferred brand.
   • Gift Cards
   • Personal Gifts
     
     

6. Set the start and end dates for your campaign.
   
   

7. Select your Formstack form or survey from the list.
   
   In our case, "Giveaway."
   
   

8. Click "Next."

1. Enter the number of expected contacts.
   For example, 10.
   
   

2. Set the response rate.
   For instance, 100%.
   
   

3. Choose the gift card value for each survey completion.
   For example, $10.
   
   

4. Click "Next."
   
   

5. Choose access settings:
    - Direct access: Participants receive gifts immediately.
    - Manual validation: Avoids bots by manually validating each contact.
   
   

6. Limit gifts per IP address if desired.
   
   

7. Click "Next"

1. Customize the email template that will be sent to participants with their reward link.
   
   
2. Review your campaign settings and click "Launch" to activate it.
   
   

Now, each time a participant submits the survey, they will receive a reward link via email.
